Meet Deb Anyaibe

 Founder & Owner, Kaleidoscope Consulting

Deb founded Kaleidoscope Consulting to give leadership something status reports rarely provide: an independent, evidence-based view of what is actually happening on a project, and where intervention can still change the outcome.

Her perspective comes from more than 17 years managing publicly funded projects from start to finish. She has secured several million dollars in funding for community projects and then managed that work through bid development, on-the-ground oversight, reporting and close-out. She knows where projects slip in the gap between what was promised and what is delivered. She has seen how quickly schedule, cost, compliance and stakeholder conditions can deteriorate behind a reassuring dashboard.

Deb holds two master's degrees, one in Hydrology and one in Environmental & Natural Resource Planning. She has worked across federal, state and local agencies, non-profit organizations and community partners. That range shapes how she approaches every engagement: she tests reported conditions against the underlying records, listens to the people closest to the work, and follows the evidence.

Much of her career has been spent on infrastructure and environmental projects serving underserved communities. In that work, accountability for public dollars and real outcomes isn't optional. That same commitment to accountability and results drives Kaleidoscope IMPACT™, her independent project-performance diagnostic.
